I am a certified instructor specializing in Japanese cooking classes for international visitors. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of teaching a variety of Japanese dishes to guests in Japan and abroad. In my twenties and thirties, I lived in Italy. During those years I was invited by many Italian friends to their homes and enjoyed many delicious homemade meals, then I realized that spending time over a shared meal was a fantastic cross culture experience. After returning to Japan, I decided to teach Japanese cooking to international guests. Since 2018, I have been hosting cooking experiences on Airbnb, welcoming guests from all over the world. Being a vegetarian myself, I specialize in plant-based dishes which are not only nourishing but also leave you feeling refreshed and balanced, both physically and mentally.

It’s a 7-minute walk from the east exit of Koshigaya Station, accessible via the Tokyo Skytree Line. The journey from the Asakusa area takes 30 minutes. You can also reach it directly from Shibuya via the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line.
