• Sopes or Memelas (Corn masa cakes topped with beans, cheese, and salsa)
• Tlayuda (Crispy Oaxacan big tortilla topped with refried beans, cheese, cabbage, avocado, and salsa) 
• Tacos Dorados (Crispy fried tacos filled with potatoes and covered guacamole)
• Enmoladas (Tortillas filled with chicken or cheese, covered in rich Mole sauce)
• Fried Plantains (Sweet, caramelized fried plantains)

Schedule

10:00 AM: Welcome & Introduction

• Enjoy traditional Mexican hot chocolate paired with freshly baked bread.

10:30 AM: Cooking Session 1 & Tasting

• Hands-on preparation of the first traditional Mexican dish.
• Participants will cook and then taste their creations.

11:30 AM – Mezcal Tasting

• Introduction to mezcal, its history, and production.

12:00 NN – Cooking Session 2 & Tasting

• Prepare another classic Mexican dish.

1:30 PM – Conclusion & Photos

• Wrap up the class with a group photo session.
• Farewell and distribution of recipes.
