The day starts with a guided visit to a vibrant local market, where you’ll explore the essential herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients that define Thai cooking. Back at our cozy open-air garden kitchen, surrounded by rice fields and nature, you’ll use these fresh, high-quality ingredients—sourced from both the market and our own garden—to prepare 4–5 authentic Thai dishes. With hands-on guidance, you’ll learn traditional techniques and enjoy the satisfaction of cooking your own meal, with vegetarian and vegan options always available.
To make your culinary adventure last beyond your visit, you’ll also receive a digital recipe booklet, allowing you to recreate your favorite dishes at home and share the flavors of Thailand with family and friends.
