This hands-on class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned home cooks, and is designed to be interactive and fun. You’ll prepare Japanese-style soy sauce ramen topped with tender chashu pork and seasonal vegetables, along with about 30 pieces of juicy, pan-fried gyoza.
