Hello, I'm Somaya! I'm a graduate of Cairo University, and I live in Old Cairo with my mother and siblings in our family home. After working at a travel company for several years, I discovered how much I enjoy meeting people from around the world and sharing Egypt's rich culture and history with them. Today, I welcome travelers into my home for traditional dinners and cooking classes, where I love introducing them to authentic Egyptian cuisine and our family's culinary traditions. One of my favorite moments is seeing the smiles on my guests' faces when they taste my mother's cooking. Her food is cherished by our neighbors, friends, and family, and I truly believe it's an experience not to miss while you're in Cairo.
