You’ll begin by walking through the garden to learn about Thai ingredients at their source — how they grow, how they’re used in local cuisine, and why seasonality matters in Thai cooking.

Together, you’ll prepare authentic Thai dishes from scratch using fresh, organic produce and traditional techniques. Every step is hands-on — from pounding curry paste to balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors the Thai way.

Because this is a private class, the pace is relaxed and fully tailored to you. Ask questions, go deeper into techniques, or adjust dishes to your preferences. Whether it’s your first time cooking Thai food or you want to refine your skills, you’ll gain both practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of local food culture.
