3-Course Cooking Class in the Heart of Sorrento (Vegetarian)

Under the guidance of our passionate chef Antonio Aiello, you'll learn how to cook the regional vegetable-based dishes from Naples and Sorrento. 

In our cooking class, you will learn all the secrets to creating iconic southern Italian dishes at home with confidence. We'll reach you how to prepare traditional family recipes based on fresh seasonal produce from our trusted local suppliers. We will sample ingredients before preparing delicious vegetarian dishes, in order to to understand and experience the importance of their quality.

After cooking your delicious veggie creations, everyone will feast on their dishes together in a family-style meal. Local wine will be offered. 

The class is perfect if you are are an adventurous foodie, curious couples or a families with kids (we're experts at making them feel comfortable and welcome in the kitchen!). 

Menu

Vegetarian Menu:

• Prosecco cocktail and local cheese and grilled vegetables
• Hand made pasta such as gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli Sorrento Style (tomatoes and mozzarella)
• Depending of the season Eggplant, Zucchini or Artichoke Parmigiana  
• Coffee tiramisù
• Sparkling or plain mineral water and white or red wine (a bottle for two guests)

Cronograma

Morning Session:

• 11:00 am: Arrive at cooking school with welcome drink and grilled vegetables
• 11:20 am: Start of cooking class
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy the food you prepared
• 1:30 pm: End of cooking class

Afternoon Session:

• 6:00 pm: Arrive at cooking school with welcome drink and grilled vegetables
• 6:20 pm: Start of cooking class
• 8:00 pm: Enjoy the food you prepared
• 8:30 pm: End of cooking class
