Discover the rich history of Japanese tea, observe an authentic matcha ceremony, and try your hand at making matcha and traditional wagashi sweets in this hands-on experience in Kyoto, near Fushimi Inari! Guided by a professional English-speaking instructor, you'll gain a deep understanding of the Japanese tea ceremony and the skills to prepare matcha at home.

Remarks:

• Children must be 8 years old or above to participate & children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/adult
• If needed/desired, please let us know in advance if you prefer to use a chair for the tea ceremony instead of kneeling on the tatami floor
• Photography is allowed, but please refrain from filming videos

• Wagashi sweets making (type of wagashi depends on the season)
