The space was gorgeous and our chef, Maria was fabulous. We loved our experience as a family. The food was delicious and we had a ton of fun. I would recommend this experience 1000%
We had a very beautiful excursion through the olive groves and gained insights into the history and production of the oil. A wonderful tasting rounded off the afternoon. Afterwards, we were able to shop in the showroom and received a gift.
Our 3 hours with Chef Sylvia included making Ravioli, Eggplant Parmagiana and Tiramisu - all from scratch. Chef Sylvia demonstrated each step and then guided us we created each dish ourselves! We picked up tips that we will use forever and also learned the importance of selecting the best quality ingredients. The food we made was the best we had during our entire trip to Italy - and that says a lot! Sylvia exudes warmth and we highly recommend this experience!
We had the best time learning to make meatballs pasta and tiramisu. Tony’s way of engaging everyone made it a fun experience for my husband and 21 year old son. We had a wonderful time getting to know the other two couples in our group and we made delicious beautiful meal together. Tony’s team was amazing!
Anthony and Eugenia are wonderful hosts, so full of knowledge with kind and patient souls. Anthony gave us so many tips and tricks to improve our cooking! I truly learned so much from this well traveled, well seasoned, chef of the globe! I wouldn't think it was possible for me to turn out gnocchi pillows just light as air along with perfectly formed and uniform meatballs so full of flavor! The tiramisu we made was a beautiful presentation that I am looking forward to serving my family at the holidays. I highly recommend that you take any kind of cooking school you can grab at Quanto Basta in Sorrento!

Tony and Manuel made us at home from the moment we arrived. We learnt so much from Tony’s amazing experience. The ingredients were so fresh… Tony had been to the fish market that morning. All the food was delicious. Would definitely recommended adding this class to your Sorrento stay.
We absolutely loved the class. Anna and her team were friendly and fun to learn from. She was amazing with the kids ( ages 15 and 12)and fully engaged them in the class. I would highly recommend this class to everyone!!
We booked a class at Villa Pane as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely one of our favorite experiences the whole trip! The school sits amidst a farm on top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the coast, and we enjoyed cooking outside and drinking wine all day. The food was delicious, our hosts were gracious, and the setting was so lovely. Highly recommend!
The class was so enjoyable. Antonio was informative and entertaining he made the night a lot of fun. I wish he were my cookery teacher at school as I would have enjoyed those classes and learned a lot more about cooking! The meatballs and tiramisu we made were delicious and I can't wait to try making them again at home. To sum up Perfetto! You must take this class.
What a delightful experience learning from an authentic Italian cook in her home! We learned local recipes and enjoyed the beautiful venue and meal we prepared!
This cooking course was so enjoyable I’d go back and do it again. The instructor Ana Maria was so nice, friendly and fun that it made the whole experience exceptional. I would recommend everyone to do this class as the setting is fabulous up in the hills and all the people involved are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you all so much in making the course so enjoyable I loved every second of it 😊.
Came to Italy to visit our youngest daughter who is in Rome for her fall semester. Came to Sorrento for Thanksgiving, with her, her older sister and sister-in-law. We were looking for something we will all remember fir future Thanksgivings. This did not disappoint. Start with a pick up from your hotel. Great view from the top of the property. Best raviolis and potatoes I have ever had. Hosts get everyone involved in the preparation and a take home cook nook is provided. If you are looking for a memorable experience for all in your party to experience, don’t miss this!!
One of the highlights of our 1 week in Sorrento. Mike and Clarinda were the perfect hosts making us feel like part of their family. Just outside the kitchen doorstep is a wonderful garden packed with herbs and vegetables under the orange and lemon trees. We explored the garden and picked what we needed before returning to the kitchen to prepare a full 4 course meal. The vegetable catopana was a refreshing starter and the citrus risotto an interesting twist to a traditional dish. The Sea Bass cooked in a casing of salt was beautiful and a real 'show' dish as you gently hammer away at the salt shell to reveal the whole sea bass underneath. Traditional Tiramisu for desert was the perfect ending. Clarinda's knowledge of traditional cooking was excellent as was Mike's knowledge of the complimentary wines. All in all a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
The class was incredibly well organised, views were beautiful, food was delicious, kitchen was stunning and fabio and the 2 chefs were so welcoming and talented. It was far beyond my expectations and was the best evening. I would reccomend everyone to do it but i don't think you can beat this class. True professionals!
