Best dinner

We did the smoked duck class on Sunday afternoon on a whim and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. Yude and her team are excellent and knowledgeable. Showed us the authentic Balinese way. The dinner was so delicious and one of the best we had whilst on vacation. My husband loves to cook and really enjoyed the class. Thanks to the team again!

Informative, creative, and fun!

The roast duck ceremony cooking class is a must-do! Knowledgeable, humorous, and creative teacher and staff. I learned about herbs, spices, and roots for all the marinades plus how to roast the duck Balinese style, with approachable adaptations for Western chefs. The best traditional meal I have eaten during my 1-month stay.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday twighlight smoked duck class. I enjoyed learning about herbs and spices and the techniques used to create a ceremonial meal. The evening was filled with good company delicious food and fun and laughter. Highly recommend.
