Your instructor, Chef Yoshi Shishido, brings a wealth of experience from running his own restaurant, Crescent Ramen in Sydney, Australia, as well as training at some of Tokyo’s most renowned ramen shops, including Hayashida and Takahashi. Finding an instructor with such an international background and the ability to teach in English is a rare opportunity in Japan. Plus, Our chef is from Utsunomiya, Japan’s famous “Gyoza Capital.”
In this class, you’ll learn authentic Utsunomiya-style gyoza techniques and enjoy making dumplings with real local flavor.
