Cooking at Casale Maruzzella means discovering Campania through its recipes, ingredients and traditions. In the peaceful setting of our 19th-century family country house, surrounded by hazelnut groves and nature, we will cook together and share the simple gestures that have always been part of our local culinary culture.
Together, we will prepare recipes from the Campanian tradition, using seasonal ingredients and techniques passed down through generations.

During the cooking experience, you will also taste our house-produced extra-virgin olive oil with wood-fired bread and enjoy flavored water infused with aromatic herbs from our garden.
After cooking, we will gather around the table to enjoy everything we have prepared together, accompanied by our homemade red wine, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
We will finish the experience with a homemade digestif or a traditional cup of moka coffee.
