Authentic Japanese Cooking Class | Choose Your Menu & Enjoy Sake Tasting

Let's enjoy this cooking class together!  In this experience, you'll learn basic but authentic home-style Japanese cuisine in a luxury Japanese house. When you book this class, you can select one of four different menu options (see below). All of the menus have very popular and well-known dishes from Japan.

After enjoying the dishes we've made, we will have sake-tasting time. Very unique and rare, high-quality Sake distilled locally in Japan will be prepared. In case you are not a fan of alcohol or not an adult, we can change the activity to Japanese tea tasting or calligraphy experience. 

There are many kinds of Japanese Tea, not only green tea in Japan. As for Calligraphy, you can write your name or Kanji by using special brushes and ink.  When you book, please let me know what activity you would like to choose.

The duration of the class is 3 hours. This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes for cooking and 30 minutes for Sake (or tea) tasting or calligraphy. 

At last, If you have food allergies, let us know in advance. We can discuss our menu and what options will be available to you.

Lunch Time Class

10:45 am: Pick up at our meeting point.

11:00 am: Cooking Starts.

12:45 pm: Eating time.

 1:15 pm: Optional Activity (Sake, Tea, or Japanese Calligraphy)

 2:00 pm: Ready to go back

Dinner Time Class

4:45 pm: Pick up at our meeting point.

5:00 pm: Cooking Starts.

6:45 pm: Eating time.

7:15 pm: Optional Activity (Sake, Tea, or Japanese Calligraphy)

8:00 pm: Ready to go back
