Authentic Japanese Home-Style Culinary Class Around Shinjuku

Let's enjoy this cooking class together! In this experience, you'll learn basic but authentic home-style Japanese cuisine in or around Shinjuku, Tokyo, which is located at the center of Tokyo. 

When you book this class, you can select one of four different menu options (see below). All of the menus is very popular and well-known dishes from Japan. This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes to cook everything and then enjoy the meal we made together. 

At last, If you have food allergies, let us know in advance. We can discuss our menu and what options will be available to you. 

Menu

Please choose the set menu from below menus, when you book! 

Chieko will prepare ingredients beforehand.

(Attn: Only if you or your group is only attendee on the day. When another group also attend the same class, you are not be able to choose the menu.)

Menu A:

• Rolled Sushi
• Teriyaki (Yellowtail or Chicken)
• Miso Soup

Menu B:

• Chirashi Sushi
• Miso Soup
• Special Side Dish

Menu C:

•        Okonomi-yaki(Japanese Pancake) 
•        Yaki-Soba(Noodle)
•        Special Side Dishes

Menu D:

• Nikujaga(Braised Beef& Potato)
• Rolled egg
• Miso Soup
• Japanese rice

Lunch Time Class

• 11:00 am: Introduction and Cooking starts
• 1:00 pm: Lunchtime
• 1:30 pm: Ready to go back

Dinner Time Class

• 5:00 pm: Introduction and Cooking starts
• 6:45 pm: Dinner time
• 7:30 pm: Ready to go back

This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
