Alejandra Kauachi, proudly Mexican, is a passionate cook dedicated to sharing the traditions and flavors of her ancestors.

Ale (as her friends call her) grew up in a family of Mexican and Lebanese cooks, surrounded by spices and unforgettable aromas. When it came time to choose a profession, culinary arts felt like a natural calling.

A professional chef, warm host, bon vivant, and true bohemian at heart, she founded her cooking school to share family stories, songs, and recipes—inviting guests to experience Mexican culture through food in the most authentic way.
