I learnt a lot from our chef, hopefully I create the same food when I return to Australia.
Chef Made was a great host. He is very skilled and has a sense of humour to match. We learnt a lot and made a delicious feast to share.
We had a great time doing the cooking class. It was very entertaining, informative and the staff were very helpful. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the market where we were given a tour highlighting ingredients we would be using in our cooking. Had lots of fun sharing the cooking tasks and we enjoyed a lovely meal at the end of all the dishes we made. I would recommend this course.
100% amazing day, exceeded all expectations. Venue was mind blowing host was sensational IF YOU CAN YOU MUST
The cooking class was fantastic experience from start to finish! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, engaging, and knowledgeable, making the entire session fun and relaxed. The hands-on activities were well-paced and interactive, keeping everyone involved regardless of their skill level. As for the food—everything we made was absolutely delicious, packed with incredible flavors. It was the perfect blend of learning and great eating. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and tasty experience!
Went to the market first Made authentic Balinese food from scratch Great fun
Our master teachers were amazing. They explained all of the herbs and spices that we used and how they bring out the flavours in your cooking. The entire experience was interactive and lots of fun . This is the second time I have done this class and will be back when I next visit.
Erlinda was amazing from the start with an interesting market tour. Then onto her house/cooking school which was such a fun day with her ladies helping us all the way. We learnt so much about Indonesian cooking, made some wonderful meals, and got to eat them.. I would highly recommend this day to anyone, any age.
The practical application and the tour of the market just brought it all together as an overall experience and respect of the people, culture and traditions plus how to modernise and recreate the experience at home.
After the usual hurry up and wait with logistics the Market tour was fabulous and the cooking school was AMAZING. Great recipies, great food -GREAT Chef and lots of laughter. MADE, Made the day!! he was awesome. Thirlled that I chose this activity, it will be a memorable part of my trip.
Local morning market visit was very informative and the hands on experience with fun staff make this a great experience away from the hustle & bustle.
Great class. Lovely food & people
Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo imparando a cucinare deliziosi piatti indonesiani. Lo consigliamo vivamente!
