• The tasting begins under the guidance of an expert sommelier and cheese specialist. You’ll be led through a carefully curated selection of six local wines and six artisanal cheeses, each meticulously paired to enhance the flavors of the other.
• The journey starts with a crisp and refreshing Sicilian white wine, perfectly matched with a creamy ricotta cheese infused with fresh herbs and citrus zest.
