Come and discover this unique and healthy cooking class. Not only will we teach you how to cook but you will also learn how to use food as medicine and discover Vietnamese food culture. Vietnamese food is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world.
Our class is held in the most beautiful agricultural village where you will see our Vietnamese Medicine Garden with many different kinds of herbs, spices and vegetables for you to select from. Visiting our mushroom house will also give you the opportunity to discover how to grow them and experience what it is like to be a Vietnamese farmer. Finally our professional chef will show you how easy it is to prepare delicious healthy food using these ingredients during a hands-on cooking class.
Your time in the Agricultural Village is a great chance to escape the hustle and bustle of busy HCM city where you will replace the sound of bike and car horns with the peaceful sounds of cows, birds, ducks, frogs and other inhabitants of our organic farmland.

What I liked: There are all sorts of fresh herbs and fruits growing a feet away from the classroom. You can just taste the love and care that goes into their produce. Not to mention the staff are quirky and lively. They make the experience so much fun!
What to know: Before the class the chef tours you around the farm and teaches you about farming techniques. He/she then goes deep into what each ingredient is used for what. Did you know you can cure coughing by boiling kumquat? It's also great for salad dressing!
Good for: Anyone looking to get the perfect introduction into healthy Vietnamese dishes, THIS class is it! Take a step away from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh city and into this tranquil agricultural village. Have a blast cooking & getting your knowledge on!

- 9:45 am: Garden challenges & Veggies pick-up
- 10:00 am: Cooking class
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:30 pm: End of class & transfer to your hotel
Afternoon Class:
- 12:30 pm: Pick-up at your hotel & transfer to our Agricultural Village
- 1:30 pm: Arrival at HCM Agricultural Village. Visit the rice fields and the farm.
- 2:20 pm: Garden challenges & Veggies pick-up
- 2:30 pm: Cooking class
- 4:30 pm: Dinner
- 5:30 pm: End of class & transfer to your hotel
Evening Class:
- 3:00 pm: Pick-up at your hotel & transfer to our Agricultural Village
- 4:30 pm: Arrival at HCM Agricultural Village. Visit the rice fields and the farm.
- 5:20 pm: Garden challenges & Veggies pick-up
- 5:30 pm: Cooking class
- 7:30 pm: Late Dinner
- 8:00 pm: End of class & transfer back to your hotel
