Tentang

In this cooking class, you will not only learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes but also get to visit the local wet market. After first choosing three dishes from the chef's suggestions, we will head to the market to select all the ingredients necessary for the dishes you chose. This will also be a chance to learn about Vietnamese ingredients and culinary culture.

Once back at the restaurant, the chef will guide you through cooking each dish. We will also prepare an egg coffee, a delicious Hanoi specialty. After everything is ready, we will all enjoy the dishes we cooked. If you are vegetarian or vegan, let us know and we will make sure your dishes meet the dietary restrictions.

The best food we ate

After 2 weeks is Vietnam, the food we prepared with the help of the chef and English-speaking guide was the tastiest meal we ate. After selecting the 3 dishes we wanted to prepare out of 8 options, Kitty took us to the local market to buy fresh ingredients. She was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. The room we were instructed in was quite humble, but Kitty translated all of the directions seamlessly for us and we had a lot of fun. On top being super engaging it was a huge portions we prepared and was everything was extremely delicious! Highly recommended, we had a great time!

We could enjoyed the cooking class.

Most of the seasoning of the meets were controlled by the combination of key ingredients, such like garlic, suger, pepper, Nanpour, salts.... Local tour was also good. We could taste some fruits at the market. During the class, we sometimes moved to the other floor. It was a little tough for us especially after hard activitis.

Great class

We had a great time doing the cooking class. Jenny, the host, was awesome. We really enjoyed the market tour we even got to try something from the market. They were really flexible in the choice of dishes and in the end, we had a lot of food and a great lunch. Would absolutely book it again.

Cooking is fun

Everything was well organized. The chef welcomed us and took for a short tour around the marked to do the shopping. He asnwered all the questions and was easygoing. There were only two guests- me and my friend what created a casual atmposphere. We don't eat meat and it was not a problem to prepare delicious dishes (mango salad, veggie pho and pan fried fish that ended up as fish spring rolls ). We had beer and soft drinks, took a lot of photos and videos and got a diploma at the end:) I truly recommend the classes. We found out a lot about Vietnamese spices, cooking techniques, using a chopper knife. There was so much food that we were offered to take the remaining take-out food.
