Welcome & Introduction
Arrive at the cooking school in the charming neighborhood of Ponte Milvio.
Meet your chef and fellow participants while enjoying a welcome drink (water, coffee, or an Italian Prosecco).
Overview of the class itinerary and introduction to the ingredients and tools.
Pasta Dough Preparation
Learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch.
Your instructor will guide you through the process of mixing and kneading the dough for both lasagna sheets and fettuccine.
While you work, you’ll be immersed in Italian music.
Preparing Lasagna and Fettuccine
Break into smaller groups to work on different dishes.
Roll out the pasta dough and cut it into the perfect fettuccine strips, then move on to making a rich, flavorful lasagna.
Prepare the tomato sauce, béchamel, and other ingredients for assembling the lasagna.
Cooking & Assembling the Dishes
With your fresh lasagna sheets and fettuccine pasta ready, it’s time to cook them!
As you wait for the pasta to cook, assemble your lasagna and get it ready for the oven.
Your chef will share tips on how to achieve the perfect texture and flavors.
Making Tiramisu
Now it’s time to make a classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu!
Learn how to prepare the layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa powder for the ultimate Tiramisu experience.
