Hi, my name is Sabrina, and I am a Cesarina. My mission is to preserve and share the rich knowledge of local traditions, recipes, and hospitality.

Would you like to taste authentic Campanian cuisine in a location surrounded by nature? After getting hands-on with pasta making, you’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared together. We don’t just offer a simple cooking class—we offer an immersive experience to savor the flavors, traditions, and aromas of our land.

Our garden is nestled in the Pompeian countryside, offering a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the Lattari Mountains, just steps away from the archaeological ruins of Pompeii.
