A unique experience of "Real" Thai culinary cuisine. She started with grandma's recipes at nine years old, studied gourmet cooking three years professionally, and now has 32 years of "hands on" experience. A true artist with passion in creating and presenting delicious Thai food.

Mam offers a variety of Thai specialties. She shares her favorite recipes or you can choose from her expansive menu - appetizers, salads, soups, main courses and desserts.

Best of all, you get to cook in Mam's private kitchen! Mam teaches you all her "special secrets" about preparing, cooking and presenting the best exotic Thai dishes. Her classes are 2 to 4 people, so she's able to give each student her undivided attention. View her personal organic garden with her exotic herbs and ingredients. Tuesday:

• Fresh Spring Rolls - Vegetarian - Por Pia Sod
• Thai style Fried Noodles w/Shrimp - Pad Thai Kung
• Chicken w/special herbs in Coconut Milk Soup - Tom Kha Kai

Wednesday:

• Chicken w/Ginger and Mushrooms - Kai Pad Khing
• Shrimp w/special herbs in Spicy Sour Soup - Tom Yum Kung 
• Mangoes (when in season) w/Sticky Rice and Coconut Milk - Khao Niaw Mamuang

Thursday:

• Red Curry - Kaeng Daeng 
• Green Papaya Salad - Som Tam
• Fried Rice w/Pineapple, Shrimp and Yellow Curry- Khao Pad Sapparod

Friday:

• Green Chicken Curry - Kaeng Kieaw Wan Kai 
• Spicy Ground Chicken w/Toasted Rice, Lime Juice and Mint Leaves - Larb Kai
• Floating Rice Balls in Coconut Milk w/different Colorful choices: Pandan, Taro or Pumpkin - Bua Loy (Floating Lotus)

Programma

• 9:30 am: Introduction and knowledge of special herbs and ingredients in each recipe 
• 10:00 am: Preparation of all ingredients by the students with Mam's personal instruction
• 10:30 am: Cooking demonstration of each dish by Mam - followed by students cooking alone
• 1:00 pm: Tasting session after each prepared dish with feedback from Mam and students
