What makes our experience unique? It's the warmth of our Dolce Italia chefs, the hands-on fun of learning to craft real Italian pizza, and the relaxed, festive mood created by good music. Together with one Spritz, which you will prepare yourself. And for children or non-drinking guest participants will prepare their own orange-based mocktail.

• Welcome prosecco for adults
• The spritz will be prepared by participants. For children and non-drinking guest participants will prepare their own orange-based mocktail. 
• The pizza prepared by the participants, served at the table, along with a tomato bruschetta

Programa

• Arrive at Our Vibrant Cooking Lab in the lively Ponte Milvio neighborhood — easily accessible and full of local charm
• Meet the Dolce Italia Chefs and kick off the experience with a welcome and introduction
• Each participant will prepare one Spritz and will be able to enjoy it during the lesson. For children and non-alcoholic participants will make their own orange-based mocktail. 
• Afterwards, the class will continue as usual with the preparation of the pizza dough, its stretching following the traditional Roman technique, and finally discovering the secrets to seasoning it properly
• Hands-On Pizza Making – learn to knead, shape, and top your own authentic Italian-style pizza
• Master the secrets of perfect dough and balanced toppings
• Sit Down to Enjoy Your Creation
• Take photos, share stories, and enjoy the lively Roman vibe
