Back in the kitchen, dive into the world of Thai flavors as you discover exotic herbs, spices, vegetables, and rice. Learn traditional techniques, including how to make fresh coconut milk and curry paste from scratch.
In this fun, hands-on two-hour class, you’ll prepare four iconic Thai dishes and enjoy each one as soon as it’s ready. From pounding curry paste by hand to mastering essential cooking methods, you’ll gain skills to recreate these dishes at home, along with a recipe set to take with you.
