Join Chef Andrea in his charming village home in Casapaletti, nestled in the picturesque hills of Monferrato, Piedmont. Originally from Tuscany, Chef Andrea brings together the best of both regions in a hands-on pasta-making experience.

In this class, you'll learn to prepare three traditional pastas from scratch: Piedmontese ravioli del plin, tajarin, and Tuscan pici. Alongside these, you’ll discover the secrets behind authentic local sauces made with seasonal herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage ragù, and more.

After cooking, sit down together to enjoy your creations paired with exceptional wines from small local producers. This is a warm, immersive experience that celebrates tradition, taste, and Italian hospitality.
