— Nasi Lemak – Malaysia’s beloved national dish featuring fragrant coconut rice served with spicy sambal, egg, peanuts, and crispy anchovies.

— Onde-Onde – Sweet pandan rice balls filled with molten gula Melaka and coated in fresh coconut, a soft and gooey traditional Malaysian dessert.

— Homemade Masala Chai – Aromatic spiced Indian tea, rich and warming with a perfect balance of spices.

— Teh Tarik – Malaysia’s classic pulled milk tea, known for its smooth, frothy texture and rich, creamy flavor.

Please note: class runs for about 2.5–3 hours, depending on group size and pace, making it just right to fit into a busy itinerary without taking up your whole day.

Introduction to Ingredients

Get a quick, easy introduction to key Malaysian ingredients, flavors, and how everything comes together. We’ll also walk through the menu for the session.

Prep & Cook: Nasi Lemak

Start with Malaysia’s national dish. You’ll prepare the key elements step by step— Sambal 

Shape & Make: Onde-Onde

Learn to shape and cook these pandan treats, with that signature molten gula Melaka center.
