Nápoles Aulas de Culinária

We were just the two of us with the teacher and the pizzaïolo. We had a great time and learned how to make real napolitan pizzas while learning the traditions and story about it.

One thing I learned was how to make different dishes from the same dough and tomato sauce. We also learned a lot on the Market about differences between tomatoes or shells and greens

We had the pleasure of doing a cooking class with Giorgia. It was a beautiful experience. She showed us around the local market, and showed us how to make a handful of local dishes and family recipes. Her mom (the founder of the school) and friend stopped by to help; it was a very warm and friendly experience. The food was amazing, Giorgia was helpful and knowledgeable. She must love what she does - she's very good at it!

Ótima moderação de aula

Fizemos essa aula na nossa última noite em Nápoles e foi ótima! A Olga foi uma professora excelente e tornou a aula muito divertida. Imperdível se você estiver em Nápoles!

I’d highly recommend this activity. The host was informative, kind and patient. The food was great and came with wine. We were given the recipes afterwards to keep. Thank you!

Great set up and super friendly instructor …Olga made our evening one to remember! We highly recommend this class!

It was easy, fun, very impressive and we learned a lot! 3 hours of pure fun!

Georgia was fantastic! She took us through the farmers market and showed us different produce and fish. She bought a few fresh items for us to cook and we headed back to the kitchen. We had a fantastic time learning how to make several dishes. Making pasta was so much fun! The biggest surprise was the eggplant parmigiana. None of us knew if we even liked eggplant, but it was absolutely delicious. Georgia made the class fun and gave us all kinds of tips. I highly recommend cooking with her!

Lovely hostess and the restaurant's staff was very nice as well. We were a small group of 4 + the hostess who translated the whole process while the pizzaiolo did the demo. We got to try some pizza fritta and lemoncello which were delicious. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

My wife and I had a great time. The hosts are very friendly, and the pizza was delicious.

The Course was far better than we could have imagined. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so kind and a great laugh too. We would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a hands on authentic experience in Italy. The host were very knowledgeable and had a great teaching method. The restaurant in which the class took place was excellent too. Very clean, friendly staff. This was the highlight of our trip. Thanks again 😊😊

Marietta’s class was absolutely wonderful! It was just what we were hoping for and I fulfilled my long persisting dream of learning to make ravioli! The set-up in Marietta’s lovely and cozy house made a wonderful atmosphere and the pasta tools and all the equipment were perfectly organized. It was really fun learning the many different shapes of pasta as well as sauces, and different dough recipes. Marietta is a wonderful person to learn from and we would warmly recommend her class!

I work with gastronomy more than 10 years, and cooking with Marieta was a new and pleasant expirience. The real Italian MAMMA way to cook. Marieta make you feel like home, with good tricks to prepare a delicious and fresh Italian pasta. Thanks Marieta

Riccardo was a fantastic and passionate teacher. An absolute pleasure to spend time with him. He made our experience to learn Pasta cooking with lots of fun, non-stressful, relaxing, educational, and the perfect way to be in Naples. He met our wishes and showed us how to make two different kinds of filled pasta. We discovered new delicious pasta, we never ate before. Everything was so rich, cooking, conversation and his anecdotes. It was not just learning how to make pasta but we ware able to experience actively the real Italian culture. Thanks to Riccardo for adding extra spice to our Naples’ trip! We would love to come back just to cook with him again!  We would highly recommend this experience/class!
