Clases de Cocina en Basilicata

so much fun!!

Myself, wife and daughter had a great class/experience in a nicely restored historic cave dwelling (sasso). We had a fun lesson learning to make strascinati pasta by hand as well as enjoying fresh made panzanella and local wine. Organizer Lorenzo and chef Cosimo were fun, informative and easy to work with. Highly recommended if you have a day or two in Matera and would like to learn about the local cuisine.
