• Upon arriving at the Palazzo, you’ll receive a warm welcome before being guided to the stunning patio, where panoramic views of the majestic Cathedral of Palermo await. 
• The tasting begins under the guidance of an expert sommelier and cheese specialist. You’ll be led through a carefully curated selection of six local wines and six artisanal cheeses, each meticulously paired to enhance the flavors of the other.
• The journey starts with a crisp and refreshing Sicilian white wine, perfectly matched with a creamy ricotta cheese infused with fresh herbs and citrus zest. As you savor the delicate interplay of flavors, you’ll feel as though you’ve been whisked away to the sun-soaked hillsides of Sicily, where the cool sea breeze meets the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.
