Thai Cooking Academy has recently opened its Phuket branch where you can participate in one of our world famous cooking classes. Learn how to cook Authentic Thai Cuisine with experienced chefs who will take you step-by-step through each recipe. Enjoy a tour around the local market where we will show you popular Thai ingredients and there substitutes. When the cooking is all over you can sit and enjoy all of your hard work in our scenic dining area.

Children below 12 years can join the class, however, for satefy reasons, an adult must join the class along with the children.

FREE transportation is provided for Patong and Kathu. FREE pick up and drop off provided for 3 or more guests from anywhere on Phuket Island. For 1-2 students outside of our complimentary serviced area, an additional fee of 400 Baht/pax will apply.

"How Good Was That!"

Great class. Such simple food and so explained. Best Tom Yum I’ve ever had. Well worth the time and $ to do it!

I really appreciated the market tour as I had attempted to do some shopping on my own prior to taking the class. The guide provided great explanations of ingredients typically used in Thai cooking, which prepared my mindset for the class. Allowing students to choose what they cook was awesome! I follow a plant-based diet, and the staff even noted what I should look for on food labels when shopping. The site of the class is lovely. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that each student had their own gas cook top, pans, and utensils. This was a truly amazing experience. I cook at home every day, but appreciated the cultural culinary experience.

Very organised and cleverly done. Even with 12 people in the class still got individual attention and the teachers where always there ready to show us what to do next and help. Friendly and happy atmosphere. The food tasted great.

A well organised trip. 10 of us cooking different meals is quite a feat to organise! Christine did an excellent job of keeping us all focused and getting all the meals cooked! We cooked5 different meals each - lots of food and great experience. Highly recommended.
