您將直接從接受我們培訓的土耳其咖啡製作冠軍那裡學習土耳其咖啡的歷史和製作方法。
您將體驗兩種不同的咖啡沖泡方法：第一種是在沙灘上沖泡，第二種是用爐灶沖泡。
您可以根據自己的口味喜好，從八種不同類型的咖啡豆中選擇一種進行特調。

Hi, we're a small team of home cooks based in Istanbul, just steps from Galata Tower. Our recipes come straight from our own mothers and grandmothers — the same dishes we grew up eating around the family table. In our classes, guests get their hands in the dough, learn the little tricks passed down through generations, and cook alongside us in a warm, easygoing kitchen. By the end, you won't just have a plate of food — you'll have a real taste of how Turkish families actually cook and eat together, plus a few new recipes to bring home.

An Amazing Experience!

We have been to the coffee workshop today and it was an amazing experience. Not only it was worth the money, but the people there were great too. Diana, our host, was very nice, very patient. She really has great skills and is an amazing person overall. I actually hope to come back someday and try more workshops ❤️

Such an amazing experience would highly recommend!

Enes was such a great guide talking us through the history of coffee and teaching us how to make our very own Turkish coffee. To end it all off he also read us our fortune through our coffee grains and gave us a gift bag so we can make our own from home. Lovely experience.

A must attend class!

A must attend class for coffee lovers and even more recommended for people who don’t like coffee - it’s so informative and inclusive. The setup is so lovely, each one of us had our own apparatus and instruments for our coffee making. The host was extremely sweet and told overall history of coffee and coffee making. Very accessible and smooth experience. Host even did a coffee reading towards the end for everyone.
