Discover Portuguese coastal cuisine beyond Lisbon through a full-day culinary experience in Setúbal and Azeitão. Together, we’ll explore one of Portugal’s most famous local markets, taste fresh oysters, visit scenic viewpoints, and gather by the sea for a relaxed hands-on cooking experience.
Using fresh regional ingredients from the market, we’ll prepare a traditional Portuguese fish dish while enjoying local wine, Azeitão cheese, and conversation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Along the way, I’ll share stories about Portuguese food culture, regional traditions, seafood, and local products that are part of everyday life in this region.
We’ll also visit a historic winery in Azeitão for a wine tasting experience before ending the day with a traditional local pastry.
