We invite you to enjoy a full day of relaxation at our Cooking School, where you can learn to cook authentic Thai food with the guidance of our friendly and knowledgeable Thai staff. You’ll prepare and cook each dish with your own hands.

Our garden, filled with trees, plants, and a showcase of spices and herbs, offers a deeper understanding of Thai food and cooking. Between cooking sessions, unwind at our lakeside pavilion, listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall, and take in the beautiful garden views. Come and join us for a memorable experience!

Fonnie

I was born and raised in Thailand and grew up from a family that love to cook Thai foods. My parents opened a Thai restaurant when i was young and i learned recipes and secret’s from them. In 1995, my brother opened a first Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai and i helped him work for many years. After that i got married with Switzerland people and move there. And i’m lucky to get a job that i love as a Thai chef in Thai restaurant. And i worked there more than 10 years. I love to cook Thai food. And all our menus it is a traditional recipe and remains true to Thai food. We have some simple cooking tips which people with no experience in cooking can do it like a chef. And we also have a very good full color of recipe book that we have made for everyone. We grow organic vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices at our own garden so that our customers, who come to study with us, will be comfortable with the atmosphere that is pleasant and full with various trees. Now we are ready to share our experiences and secret’s on cooking thai food to you! And you? Are you ready to come to learn at our school? Please come and learn at Siam Garden Cooking School.

Morning Session

9:00 - 9:30 am: Pickup from your hotel.
10:00 am: Visit Local market.
10:30 am: Arrive at our cooking school and welcome drink served. After that visit our organic garden.
10:30 am: The cooking class begins with instructions on preparing glutinous rice. Learn to make Sticky Rice with Mango and savor your meal.
2:00 pm: End of the class and go back to your hotel.

Afternoon Session

2:30 - 3:00 pm: Pickup from your hotel.
3:30 pm: Visit Local market.
4:00 pm: Arrive at our cooking school and welcome drink served. After that visit at our organic garden.
4:30 pm: The cooking class begins with instructions on preparing glutinous rice. Learn to make Sticky Rice with Mango and savor your meal.
7:30 pm: End of the class and go back to your hotel

Great

The whole family enjoyed our cooking class. We stipoed at. A local market to look at locally sourced produce which was great to purchase additional fruit and vegetables you might want to try later. Garden tour on arrival included smelling fresh herbs which was interesting. Cooking class was well organised and everyone felt supported to make delicious dishes. Any left over food could be taken away.
