課程介紹
Reveal the secret behind delicious Balinese cuisine. Under the guidance of our Chefs, you can learn the skill and knows the secrets of the spices behind Balinese cuisine.
It starts from 12.00 PM for approximately one and half hours – two hours, you can join our Balinese cooking class experience in our Yoga Pavilion area surrounded by green rice fields and followed by lunch at our Sumampan Restaurant.
After finishing the cooking class, you’ll receive the cooking class certificate from our Chef and you can take home our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills.

- Soup Labu Siam (Chayote soup with Balinese spices)
- Lawar (Long bean and dry coconut mixed Balinese spices)
- Sate Lilit Ayam (Minced chicken satay with Balinese spices & served with Steamed Rice)
- Dadar Gulung (Balinese traditional crepes with palm sugar & grated coconut)
時間表
From Monday to Sunday
- 12:00 pm: Welcome drink upon arriving
- 12:05 pm: Brief introductory and prepare for the cooking class
- 12:20 pm: Start the cooking class with 4 courses
- 02:00 pm: Platting and time to enjoy the food (Giving certificate cooking class by the Chef)
