課程介紹

La Boqueria market tour and Spanish Cooking Class is our most popular offering. Together, the tour and the class take approximately four hours. The tour starts by accompanying our chefs to the world famous La Boqueria market, located nearby. During this 'behind the scenes' guided tour, you will meet many vendors, some of whom have been there for generations. You will learn about locally grown products and participate in the selection of ingredients that will be used later in the cooking class.

All our classes are taught by professionally trained bilingual Spanish chefs. The classes provide a fun, social, hands-on experience, where you will be participating in the preparation of the various dishes under the thoughtful guidance of our chef instructors. Our classes are designed for accomplished and novice cooks, and there are activities in the food preparation process for every skill level.

Upon returning to our kitchen, you will begin preparing your four course menu consisting of classic paella, starter soup, appetizer and dessert, all of which you will enjoy alongside our private label premium Rioja red and Galician white wines. All our menus can be adapted to accommodate any food restriction you may have - please advise us beforehand so we can plan accordingly.

Best Cooking Class!

This cooking class surpassed my expectations! The visit to the market and the preparation of the dishes added a layer of richness to the overall experience, making it incredibly enjoyable. Juan, our instructor, was exceptional, providing clear guidance and making the learning process fun. The class size, consisting of around 11 students, was ideal for fostering a sense of camaraderie and allowing everyone to engage in the cooking process. We enjoyed the opportunity to learn and connect with fellow participants while savoring the dishes we created. One of our favorite experiences of our trip to Spain!

Very interesting and fun

Enjoyed the market tour. We were five cooking enthusiasts and the chef was funny, so we all had a good time, especially after wine o'clock. I will definitely cook paella again. I'm still waiting on the recipes though. It was said they will be sent to us.

Just Wow

La Boqueria is a must! The market tour is very insightful. It was an intimate experience yet provided a culture driven purpose. We went to the market and met the locals while seeing how organized and clean the surroundings were. It was a total different setting from other markets abroad. Besides the tour, it was a really good use of the time to buy fresh ingredients. The kitchen was organized that upon our arrival all the materials and tools were already laid out per student. Chef Ross did a great job of sharing the techniques in cutting, chopping, grating etc. The class was also non-cook friendly and child friendly. My daughter had a great time chopping and cooking. It was a hands on experience with wine tasting afterwards. This was a great experience! Kudos to the staff and Chef Ross! Awesome job!

Fun and yummy class

Lalo was interesting and kept us moving - some background on the food and area and illustrating the steps and we just got to it. Wonderful and possibly best meal in Barcelona!

Amazing Spanish cooking class!

My husband and I really enjoyed going to the Boqueria market with our chef to pick out the fresh ingredients for our cooking class. We brought everything back to the class and everyone took part in preparing the 5 course meal. The vegetables, fruit, and seafood were so fresh and delicious. We enjoyed local wine as we prepared and eventually ate the results of our labor. We will be recreating the recipes for friends and family.
