If you are not familiar with cooking, it’s ok. You can learn easy healthy and delicious recipes from a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. It values that you enjoy your own life to have healthy and delicious food. Let's cook and eat together!

Soba noodles are one of Japanese typical food and is popular with many people. Handmade soba doesn't contain any artificial flavors and preservatives so you will be able to feel the savory and authentic taste of soba! You will make the dough, roll it out and cut the soba noodles. After cooking the soba, you will have a sense of achievement!

• 10:30 am: Meet in front of Seven-Eleven at Shin-Koenji station
• 10:40 am: Arrive at the Asakology Healthy Japanese Cooking's kitchen studio.
• 10:45 am: Introduction and tea is served
• 10:50 am: Start cooking
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your dish
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class
