Join me in Tokyo for a fun and interactive Temari Sushi & Matcha Workshop! In this class, you’ll learn to make beautiful, round Temari sushi — a traditional Japanese style often prepared for celebrations. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, you can choose from raw fish or vegan/vegetarian options (please request in advance).
Before we start cooking, we’ll explore Tokyo’s Midtown with a short food tour, including a visit to a local supermarket to see the ingredients up close. Then, we’ll head to my cozy kitchen in vibrant Roppongi. After creating your own sushi, we’ll enjoy it together along with freshly prepared matcha (Japanese green tea). I’ll also share wellness tips drawn from my experience as a holistic health coach, making this a unique culinary and cultural experience.
