Choose from flexible training programs ranging from 1 to 12 days, with the opportunity to learn over 100 authentic Sri Lankan recipes. The curriculum highlights time-honored cooking methods, traditional spice blends, and treasured family recipes that have been passed down through generations.

Many additional traditional dishes are also available, allowing you to tailor the menu to your interests and the time available.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

The program fee includes all ingredients, hands-on instruction, and the meal you prepare during the class.
