課程介紹

Start the course with a boat trip to an authentic Vietnamese village located on a small island on the river delta of Hoi an. Visit the local farmers' gardens to discover the herbs and spices used for Vietnamese cuisine.

You will then be brought back to the school to start the cooking class. After welcome drinks you will learn how to make rice milk and the rice paper used in Nems in the most traditional way. Our professional chef will then teach you how to prepare 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes.

9:30 am: Boat trip to my family's village
10:15 am: Welcome drink
10:45 am: Learn how to make rice milk and paper
11:15 am: Cooking class
1:30 pm: Lunch
2:15 pm: Boat trip back to My Grandma's Home Cooking
3:00 pm: End of course

Very nice trip across the river to a small island with pristine surroundings. Not crowded and very quiet. The cooking class showed a very good insight into the original Vietnamese cuisine and the preparation of the food.

We had a great time at the cooking class. The host was so lovely, very easy to talk to and had great English. The dishes we made were all delicious with a nice range of things and catered well for both meat and vegetarian options. Thank you!
