Thai Cooking Class in Sukhothai

このクラスについて

Our class will take place in an open workshop kitchen in the Garden House area.

After picking you up (details on "how to get there"). We will have our first meeting and planning for the Menu based on the list. (*If the Booking group has 10 or more members, You can customize your menu list you wish to learn).

Then we will take you to gather fresh ingredient from our organic garden and/or shopping at the local street market (Gathering activity will take place based on ingredient we need on the menu that day).

The class will take place shortly after, you will personally be guided each process by Chef Ta which experienced in Thai, Vietnamese, and other Asian food. We will also have tips and tricks such as substitution ingredient or details you may adopt on your dishes.

After we finished our handmade dishes, our guests will enjoy their own dish after and relax before we take you back to your staying place.

Wednesday :

• Pad Thai (Fried Noodle Thai Style with Shrimp)
• Pad Kaphao Moo Sab (Spicy Thai Basil Pork)
• Baud Fakthong (Pumpkin in Sweet Coconut)

Thursday :

• Kai Satay/ Satay Kai (Tasty strips of grilled marinated chicken served with spicy peanut sauce)
• Pad Thai (Fried Noodle Thai Style with Shrimp)
• Kaeng Khiaw Waan (Green Curry)
• Bualoi Kai Wan (Soft and sticky dough balls with sweet coconut milk)

Friday :

• Kai Hor Bai Toey (Deep fried chicken wrapped in fragrant pandanus leaves)
• Larb Nuea Nam Tok (Minced Medium Rare Beef)
• Fried Rice
• Water Chestnut in coconut milk

Saturday :

• Kanom Jeep (Dumpling)
• Tom Kha kai
• Kaeng Massaman Gai (Massaman curry paste with Chicken)
• Water Chestnut in coconut milk

Sunday :

• Summer Rolls
• Khao Soi Kai (Curried Noodle Soup with Chicken)
• Kai Pad King (Stir Fried Chicken with Ginger)
• Khao Tom Mad (Banana Sticky Rice)
