Temari Sushi Experience with Matcha & Wellness Tips in Roppongi

Join me in Tokyo for a fun and interactive Temari Sushi & Matcha Workshop! In this class, you’ll learn to make beautiful, round Temari sushi — a traditional Japanese style often prepared for celebrations. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, you can choose from raw fish or vegan/vegetarian options (please request in advance).

Before we start cooking, we’ll explore Tokyo’s Midtown with a short food tour, including a visit to a local supermarket to see the ingredients up close. Then, we’ll head to my cozy kitchen in vibrant Roppongi. After creating your own sushi, we’ll enjoy it together along with freshly prepared matcha (Japanese green tea). I’ll also share wellness tips drawn from my experience as a holistic health coach, making this a unique culinary and cultural experience.

This is more than a Roppongi cooking class—it’s a fun and meaningful cultural exchange over sushi and tea.

• Prepare clear soup, kawaii Temari sushi, and a vegetable side dish together.

12:20 PM – Enjoy Your Meal

• Savor your handmade dishes along with a tasting of Japanese sake.

12:50 PM – Matcha & Wagashi Experience

• Participate in a calming matcha ritual served with traditional Japanese sweets.

1:00 PM – Take-Home Recipes

• Receive the original recipe and lecture sheet to continue practicing at home.
