I have done a number of cooking classes around the world and I was very impressed by this class. A very affordable holiday activity. We were promptly picked up from our hotel by a taxi organised by the staff and chef. Collecting our fresh ingredients from the market was very informative, including tips on alternative ingredients if you can't source traditional ingredients back home. They guided us step-by-step through four traditional Thai dishes which we were able to select from an extensive list of options when we booked the class. We each had our own cooking stations and felt very supported throughout the class. The final product was delicious!
