An Experience to Remember!

Amazing cooking class, Carmen was so fun and friendly. Learned how to make gnocchi and pasta the real Italian way. A wonderful experience for my friends and I, so many laughs and memories. Thank you Carmen and her team for making a raining afternoon in Sorrento one to treasure.

Amazing experience-highly highly recommend!

What an amazing way to spend time in Sorrento! 4 of us did this cooking course with Carmen. We made pasta, gnocchi and limoncello tiramasu. It was absolutely brilliant. Carmen is great fun and full of life and makes the experience even better! We were laughing the whole time. Unlimited wine and prosecco! The staff were all exceptionally friendly. We had such a laugh and they send you the recipes afterwards if you would like to try at home. We ate the pasta and gnocchi afterwards, as well as the tiramasu and it was delicious! I highly recommended. Thank you Carmen and staff.

Incredible - Learned a lot, had an amazing experience!

My wife and I had an amazing time with Chef Carmen at this cooking class! Our goal was to learn things we can take home and that's exactly what we got out of the class - we've been cooking lots of what we learned to make in the 6 months since we left Sorrento. With that said, we got so much more out of the class with the atmosphere. It was such a fun experience. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone!!!

Do yourself a favor and book this class!!!!

I wish I was able to leave a ten star review. Five stars just doesn't seem adequate! Me, my wife and daughters took Chef Carmen's class while on vacation in Italy. It was a total blast!! Chef Carmen is an amazing person and a complete joy to be around. Her class was very informative and extremely fun! I cant's stress this enough. Also, this class is completely interactive, meaning, that it was not a demonstration. You prepare the dishes while Chef Carmen advises you while you work. Many cook classes do not do this. It becomes a demonstration. Not so with Chef Camren. She throws you right into the "fire"! we made two fabulous dishes with a dessert. Cooking with Chef Carmen was the highlight of my vacation. If you are undecided about booking this class, don't be. You won't regret your decision!

Chef Carmen is fantastic.

She makes cooking fun while you learn about kneading dough. She is encouraging and full of of valuable information. We had so much fun and met some cool people in the class. Bellissima!
