Join us for a one-of-a-kind cooking class where you'll learn to create authentic Jiro-style ramen entirely from scratch. Together, we’ll prepare the rich broth, flavorful toppings, and even hand-make the noodles.

The highlight of the experience is crafting your very own bowl of ramen. You'll discover the secrets behind making truly delicious ramen and take home a detailed recipe so you can recreate it anytime.

• Jiro-Style Ramen

You will learn how to make noodles, Chashu (roasted pork), and ramen soup.

Note:

If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we can change the chashu from pork to chicken.
