Proceeding to a local family's home, you'll be introduced to the nuances of Moroccan cuisine before diving into the hands-on aspect. Choose from chicken, fish, beef, or a vegetarian Tagine, and master the art of crafting two tantalizing salads.

As an integral part of this immersive journey, acquire the skills to prepare traditional Moroccan mint tea, complemented by the enjoyment of delectable Moroccan cookies. This holistic experience promises a blend of market exploration, culinary education, and the joy of savoring authentic Moroccan flavors in the warm company of Rababe's welcoming family.

9:15 am: Have a tour of the food market and buy ingredients that we need for the cooking class
10:00 am: Transfer to Rababe's house
10:15 am: Cooking session 1: Meat and vegetarian tagines
10:45 am: Cooking session 2: Moroccan salads
11:15 am: Cooking session 3: Mint tea
11:30 am: Enjoy mint tea and Moroccan cookies while discussing in the guest room

We went on a tour of a lesser known market away from the tourists and made excellent food in her home. It is such a nice change to have created and eaten food with a family to get a better sense of the culture when traveling. There was no lack of good food, sweets, breads, tagines, and fruit. Don't bother with breakfast, you'll be fed enough for a week!

We'll gather at Sour Meêgazine, conveniently located next to the third cannon in the middle. From there, we'll embark on a stroll to the nearby food market.

Following the culinary adventure, we offer complimentary pick-up service from the food market to the residence hosting the cooking class and, finally, to your hotel after the experience. This convenient transfer service is included in the overall price.
