Under the guidance of our expert chef, you will gain hands-on experience in crafting your own buns and, finally, enjoy the delicious buns you have made.

• 2:30 pm: Introduction to the history and origins of xiaolongbao
• 2:45 pm: Introduction to the ingredients and sauces
• 3:00 pm: Cooking session with guidance
• 4:20 pm: Time to enjoy Buns made by yourself (while you are enjoying your creation, get ready for some fun activities where you can win suprise dishes!)
• 5:00 pm: End class with a full belly
