I absolutely loved the team! It's not only recipes they share, but the way and reason of doing them the way they are, true to Indian culture. Delicious food and the facilities are awesome! I will return for another round!!! Thank you guys!!! If you visit Porto, let us know!!!

It was a truly great and genuine experience. Ms. Sudha and her lovely family were great and so welcoming! The explanations truly made to the experience, I would do it again! Thank you for your kindness. If you visit Porto, let us know!

We had a fantastic experience during the cooking class as a family - definitely a highlight of our trip to India. They were warm and welcoming and provided insights into the medicinal properties and meaning of different foods. The meal was absolutely delicious and it was lovely to sit down and enjoy the meal together.

Thank you so much to Cookly for a great hands on cooking experience. It was lovely to be shown how to prepare and combine ingredients to produce some authentic Indian cuisine. It was a bonus to sit down with family and enjoy the meal in a home environment. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you for the fantastic experience. Tina

Jenny taught me and my husband how to make a couple of delicious Indian dishes. Explained all about the key Indian spices and how to mix them. Went home with our bellies full, the recipe’s and a bag of spices each which Jenny gifted us. Recommended!

More than a cooking class this was like going to our family and helping out in the kitchen. Tej, Nidhi and their daughter were the most amazing hosts, from showing us the local market to telling us about their family, customs, day-to-day, cooking and eating habits all the while making exquisite food. They were very accommodating to our needs and wants. Coziest experience ever, can recommend with all my heart!

This cooking ecpetience was just great : so nice people, very professional explanations, easy to re-do meals. I highly recommend Sophie (French pastry chef)

They were extremely kind and courteous, providing detailed information beforehand and even sending follow-up emails afterward. Thanks to their clear and detailed explanations of how to cook, I was able to enjoy cooking. It was my first time cooking vegetarian food, and it was delicious.

They were very kind and provided me with information in advance and even sent me follow-up emails afterwards. They also carefully explained how to prepare the food, which made cooking a lot of fun. It was my first time eating vegetarian food, and it was delicious.

Just wow! Sona is not only an incredible talented cook, she cooks from the heart and with passion, and with that exact amount of humour and professionally. She shows you in her own perspective how to make tasty home cooked Indian food, she gives you time to learn and the space for asking questions whenever needed. Tips & ticks are freely given and her food secrets are getting shared... If you are looking for that one cooking class, go to her! I left with a happy belly and new gained knowledge about (street)food, Varanasi and Indian customs :)

Excellent introduction to Indian food (we were a group of 3), the ingredients used and the principles of preparing a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thank you Tastesutra for the excellent class. We were the only participants due to COVID-19, but the class went ahead and we learned a huge amount through practical demonstrations and explanations. The kitchen is spacious and professional, it's the perfect space for teaching. We finished the class by eating our cooking, and it's a testament to the quality of teaching that the food was delicious. Our teacher Sunal was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, great experience. Scott & Lyn

Royal, Nidhi, and their daughter Angel literally invite you to be a part of their family when you visit Suroth House. From the moment we walked in, we were not simply “cooking students,” we were new friends who got to know and learn about each other — exchanging travel stories and learning about culture. Of course, we did some cooking, too. Royal and Nidhi showed us several different dishes, all of which we now feel confident to replicate at home (and they send the recipes afterword, as well). We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. When you are away from your own family during travels, being a part of someone else’s, even just for a night can be so comforting. And that is exactly what happened for us with the family at Suroth House. To say we felt welcomed would be an understatement. We’d highly recommend this cooking class if you’re visiting Jaipur.

First of all, let’s begin with the fact that the class is not in Delhi center. We went by metro and it was very easy. Farheen husband even pick us up at the metro station. It’s been a wonderful experience to have the chance to learn how to cook properly Indian food with Farheen in her own kitchen. She rapidly put you at ease and give you a lot of hints so that you can cook the dishes you learned when you get back home. She cooks every dish from fresh ingredients. Farheen have a lot of experience with Indian cuisine and she is a great teacher. It has been one of the highlight of our Indian trip, propably the best one! It’s a very nice way to live a unique experience and learn more about Indian culture with amazing people. You can’t say we didn’t warn you, if you don’t go you are missing a great experience!!!
