You have to do this class! <3
Hoas cooking class was an absolute delight. We were able to prepare all the dishes that we requested beforehand and we learned so much about the Vietnamese cuisine. Per our request all dishes were prepared vegetarian/vegan and everything tasted so good. Hoa is a very sweet person and it was so lovely to chat with her. We can absolutely recommend this class to everybody.

A great introduction to VN cooking
I truly enjoyed Hòa’s class. I didn’t ask to cook specific dishes, but shared my desire to learn more about VN cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
Hòa understood what I was looking for and spent extra time with me during the class to ensure that my questions were answered. She was so knowledgeable and informative - she truly helped me build my general knowledge of VN cooking. It’s clear that she wants to ensure all of her guests have a great time!
The class was fun and interactive, the dishes were delicious, and Hòa was an amazing host and teacher. Highly recommended!!

A delicious treat
Hoa was a perfect teacher. It was so enjoyable to visit her lovely home, learn some Vietnamese dishes and best of all eat them. She is so enthusiastic, explains everything to well and is very accommodating to your interests and needs. I highly recommend her. She was one of my highlights of HCMC.

Lovely evening with a local!
We had a lovely evening with Hóa, learning how to cook Pho, spring rolls and papaya salad. She provides a fun, laid-back, and educational experience—we felt right at home! Besides learning new recipes, we enjoyed getting to know Hóa and learning more about Vietnamese culture over the evening together. We even got origami presents from her daughter!

Thoughtful and fun!
Hoà’s class perfect introduction to Vietnamese cooking. I emphasized that I’m vegetarian in my listing and she made sure my dietary needs were well accommodated for. I felt very welcomed in her home and it was a great experience!!
