Master the art of crafting authentic Roman pizza with a crispy bottom and soft top, guided by expert Paolo. Learn every secret to creating the renowned square Roman pizza that has made his pizzeria famous worldwide.

Then, immerse yourself in the Frascati DOCG wine region, just outside Rome. Begin with a terrace view of the vineyards and Rome, followed by a vineyard tour and a visit to the winery. Conclude with a tasting of three award-winning organic wines, olive oil, and local cheese and meats.

Pizza class:

• Make your own pizza dough. 
• Choose your own toppings depending on the availability during class
• Squared pizza pan. 

Wine Tour:

• Guided tour of the vineyard
• Visit to the winery
• Insight into production methods and business philosophy
• Tasting of three organic wines
• Sampling of extra virgin olive oil
• A selection of local cheeses and cold cuts

スケジュール

For the Pizza Class: 
10:00-10:15 AM: Arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins.
10:15 AM: Class starts with dough preparation and making your pizza.
11:00 AM: Class concludes; time to enjoy your freshly cooked pizza and a glass of wine. Finish your meal with a shot of limoncello.
11:40 AM: Class officially ends. Receive your Chef certificate!

For the Wine tour:

Starts at 3:00 pm, details will be provided upon booking. Location of the wine tour is 40 mins approximately from pizza class.
