Traditional Kagami Biraki Ceremony
Begin your journey with a true Japanese tradition. Together, you’ll break open a sake barrel while chanting “Yoisho, Yoisho, Yoisho!”—a centuries-old ritual symbolizing new beginnings and celebration. It’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in Japanese customs from the very start.

Master the Art of Sushi Making
Under expert guidance, learn the techniques behind crafting perfect nigiri sushi. From rice shaping to fish placement, you’ll practice the proper hand movements that elevate your sushi to restaurant quality. These are skills you can take home and proudly share with friends and family!

Super Ikura Time – Festival Fun!
End the workshop on a high note with its most exciting highlight! Make gunkan maki (battleship rolls) and joyfully pile salmon roe (ikura) sky-high while chanting “Wasshoi, Wasshoi!”—just like at a traditional Japanese festival. This fun-filled, one-of-a-kind experience captures the true spirit of Japanese celebration.

Make your own sushi with fresh ingredients like Tuna, Salmon, and Japanese Omelette (Tamagoyaki). (Fish selection varies daily based on market availability. Vegan/Vegetarian options available upon request.)

• Kagami-biraki Ritual & Sake

Experience the traditional "Sake Barrel Breaking" ceremony for good luck and enjoy Japanese Sake. 

(non-alcohol option: water or warm Japanese tea).

• Matcha Green Tea

We serve authentic Matcha Green Tea and water (Perfect for non-drinkers or to finish your meal).

Master the Edomae "Kote-gaeshi"! Create air pockets for melt-in-your-mouth sushi, like a Tsukiji pro.

• Zen Moment: Ceremonial Matcha

Find your Zen. Whisk creamy Matcha with a bamboo "Chasen". A perfect, peaceful finish.
